Our name
The City of Washburn, Illinois, had seven names before settling on its current name. Its second name was Stringtown. As a group of professional touring, writing, and performing musicians, this name struck a chord with us (pun intended!). Our name perfectly blends two things we love, Music and BBQ!
Mission
We believe that to build a culture of passion and purpose you must lead with passion and purpose. You will find every member of our team is passionate about our business and the customers we serve.
BBQ
Our meats are seasoned with our custom blended family dry rubs and slow-smoked on real wood smokers.
Our sides are made from scratch, including our cowboy beans, coleslaw, potato salad, creamed corn, and breads.
