Our brisket is certified Angus reserve and is trimmed and seasoned the day before. Then it is smoked overnight for about 12-16 hours. The sandwich is served on a butter-grilled brioche bun with your choice of toppings and BBQ sauce.

Half-Pound & One-Pound Cheese Burgers
The half-pound burger is more than enough to fill you up and comes with your choice of toppings including bacon, lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion, and your choice of cheese—American, Swiss, or Pepper Jack. We’ve only had a couple of people finish the one-pound burger. It’s a monster.

Wednesday Night Feature

Three Pulled Pork Tacos. pulled pork is slow smoked over night and simmered in a Korean chili sauce, topped with fresh made pineapple salsa and aioli drizzle, and garnished with a fresh cut jalapeno pepper slice.

Friday Night Feature
Smoked Salmon. We start with a fresh never frozen 6 oz center cut Chilean fillet that is marinated over night in our house made bourbon brown sugar marinade. Then we slow smoke it on cherry wood and glazed with our house made glaze. It is served on a bed of wild rice with a side of garlic green beans with bacon and onion and a side salad. We sell out every week. We recommend that you call and place your order by Wednesday to guarantee your meal on Friday night.
