Our brisket is certified Angus reserve and is trimmed and seasoned the day before. Then it is smoked overnight for about 12-16 hours. The sandwich is served on a butter-grilled brioche bun with your choice of toppings and BBQ sauce.
Our number one selling sandwich is slow-smoked brisket served on butter-grilled Texas Toast with your choice of cheese. American, Swiss, Pepper Jack, or Ghost Pepper Jack. I like pickled Jalapeños on mine.
