Three Pulled Pork Tacos. pulled pork is slow smoked over night and simmered in a Korean chili sauce, topped with fresh made pineapple salsa and aioli drizzle, and garnished with a fresh cut jalapeno pepper slice.
Smoked Salmon. We start with a fresh never frozen 6 oz center cut Chilean fillet that is marinated over night in our house made bourbon brown sugar marinade. Then we slow smoke it on cherry wood and glazed with our house made glaze. It is served on a bed of wild rice with a side of garlic green beans with bacon and onion and a side salad. We sell out every week. We recommend that you call and place your order by Wednesday to guarantee your meal on Friday night.
1/2 rack of Baby Back Ribs. We hand cut, trim, and season the ribs with our house-made rib rub then slow smoke them on a blend of local hickory and cherry wood. Comes with your choice of two sides and a sweet cornbread muffin.
